The verification process is a fraud prevention measure in which our risk and fraud department contacts our customers to confirm that the name and address registered is valid, correct.

What’s the minimum to play?
Although it depends on each game, the general rule is that to play online is a minimum of $5.00 and by phone a minimum of $50.00 per call.
How long does it take to credit a wager’s funds?
Bets are scored immediately upon receipt of official results at the end of each game. The balance is credited to your account accordingly shortly thereafter.
I have a discrepancy with a wager, what procedure should I follow?
In the case of a wager that was placed via telephone, the recording serves as a basis for verifying the information that was submitted during the call; this is why it is the customer’s responsibility to listen carefully when the operator repeats the plays made and be completely sure before confirming the ticket since once confirmed no changes or claims are accepted.
